We appreciate your selection of Tinderpersonal for your shopping requirements. We value your contentment and endeavor to provide a hassle-free return procedure. Please note the return policy detailed below:

Return Eligibility: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be returned. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging. Please send us an email before initiating a product return.

Please note that nail cosmetics and other liquid-containing items cannot be returned or exchanged. If these items are shattered or unusable due to shipping damage, we will refund the full purchase price. We are not responsible for liquid-containing products' return/exchange labels, such as nail varnish.

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy for unopened electronic items, such as LED lamps, rotary tools, and trimmers, among others. If you desire to return a new, unused item within 14 days, we will pay for the return shipping label.

For defective/warranty items, we will not cover the cost of the return shipping label. If your return item is received after the deadline and has been opened, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and will be responsible for paying for traced and insured return shipping. For insurance-covered electronic items, we will adhere to the manufacturer's warranty and strive to provide warranty services for defective items within one year.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of your refund's approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified amount of days. Typically, the refund will be deposited into your account within three to five business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: Please verify your bank account and contact your credit card company if you have not yet received a refund. Before the refund is formally posted, there might be some processing time. Please contact us at [email protected] if you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund.

Unfortunately, only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items are non-returnable.

We will only replace an item if it's defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you receive one. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a service that offers shipment tracking or purchasing cargo insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Shipping: Shipments to international destinations may be subject to additional taxes or customs duties. If the shipment cannot enter the buyer's country and is returned to the United States, the buyer is responsible for all applicable duties and fees.
